FilterClay Media – FilterClay is a pure organic 4 - 8 mm clay pellet of a specific weight, better suited for heavy solid waste applications. FilterClay resists caking and channeling better than fine sand, providing a more effective backwash. FilterClay media’s porous characteristics create an optimal environment for biofiltration.

SMART High Output UV Sterilizer – SMART HO UV’s feature a coated “L Glass UV lamp” that outperforms and outlasts all other germicidal lamps available; delivering an incredible 9,000 hours of continual use until reaching 80% efficient. The UV body is designed to utilize the lamp’s UV-C output to its maximum potential. SMART HO UV’s are matched to the system’s recirculating flow rate to provide 30,000 µW-sec/cm2 (waterborne algae / bacteria) of UV exposure.

Watertight Power Box – Each HydraPAK system features a mounted, watertight power box that supports both the pump and UV. This system includes separate on/off switches for the pump and UV sterilizer. A UV sterilizer water flow switch that protects the UV against over-heating during pump shut-down is also featured.
